Bob Ayre - Managing Director
From a quantity surveying background, Bob has over 30 years experience in the construction, civil engineering and oil and gas sectors.
Predominantly from a main contractor employment history, Bob has worked up to corporate level at companies located in the UK, Nigeria, Ghana, Turkey, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Brunei, Singapore and Japan on mega-projects including airports, rail, infrastructure and high rise, high specification construction projects.
Bob holds a MSc in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution from Leeds Beckett University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Gary Blackburn - Development Director
Gary has been involved in the Construction Industry for over 20 years running a very successful company in the Isle of Man.
Gary holds a HNC as a building technician and has been trained by the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) He is a technician member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (TecRICS) and an incorporate of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB)
Patrick Chalk - Sales & Marketing Director
Based in Nairobi, Kenya, Patrick has many years experience in Sub-Saharan Africa in the fields of Project Finance and Property Development Sales.
Patrick is responsible for all Sales & Marketing operations for the Company.
Philip Geddes - Corporate HSE Manager
After previously serving in the French Foreign Legion and a 15 year career in the London Fire Brigade Phil commenced his HSE career in Nigeria in 2003 and has remained working for major Oil & Gas and Construction companies in Sub-Saharan Africa since that time.
Phil is responsible for all HSE matters within the company.
